The first step is to contact us for an initial consultation. In this meeting we will outline your goals, get a better understanding of your situation and the items to be sold, and start the process of planning  your sale.

The more time we have to prepare and market your estate sale, the better, however we need at least 30 days to plan, appraise, and market your estate sale for best results.

We sell everything except real estate and anything illegal to sell at an estate sale (illegal items, guns, etc.).

We work in the Mid-South area from Jackson, Tennessee to Little Rock, Arkansas. More areas coming soon!

Absolutely. We work with a team of appraisers that will help us set accurate values on your items so we can get the highest possible price for each of your items.

Important questions to ask any estate sale company include:

  • How many sales have you done?
  • Do you have any testimonials or pictures of previous sales?
  • How will you market my sale?
  • What is your experience with estate sales?
  • Do you have an upcoming sale that I can attend?

There is some participation up front from you in order to get a better understanding of your estate, set reserve pricing, and to plan out the sale, but after the planning phase is finished, we can run the entire sale.

We provide complete clean outs of unsold items. So whether some items just end up being thrown away or donated or if you’d like us to take them on as consignment to sell later, we can accommodate.
