Our Estate Sale Qualifications
We offer a team of professionals with over 50 years of experience in the area of antiques and estate sales. Many of our team members have been avid collectors for many years. We have access to appraisers that specialize in certain areas such as jewelry, fine porcelain, silver, rugs, automobiles, and period antique furnishings.
Services We Provide & Our Process
Southern Gentleman offers complete or partial estate liquidations and cleanouts.
This process begins with an initial meeting to complete a full analysis of your estate. A sale date is then scheduled over a two or three day upcoming weekend.
Our team of professionals will come into the home to price each item. All items are researched and priced to their full value. We also allow our clients to place reserve pricing on certain items to ensure you’re getting what you want for your items.
We then provide total clean outs of unsold items and leave your home clean when we leave.
For advertising, we create a strategy to market your estate sale through both digital advertising and local print media. We diligently try to get the highest value for all of your items. Regardless of the size or value of your estate, we do our best to get you the most for your items and estate.
1. Initial Meeting
We meet with you in person to discuss your estate, your goals, and the upcoming process.
We schedule the estate sale over a two or three day weekend to ensure highest attendance.
We then employ an active digital & print marketing campaign to get the word out about your sale.
4. Clean Out
Once the estate sale is over, we provide total clean outs of unsold items and leave the house clean.
